I didn't receive my correction today. What should I do?
There are several reasons why you may not have received a correction, however:
- First of all, make sure that we've received your lesson. The reception of your Rich Morning lessons is always confirmed with a window informing you that we have received your answers (unless you completed your lesson offline).
- If the reception of your lesson has been confirmed, then your correction e-mail is on the way. Depending on the speed of your connection, the timing may vary, though it shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
